Responsibilities
- Architect strategic technology roadmaps for 2026+ digital transformation initiatives
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum AI, neural interfaces, decentralized networks)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop innovation frameworks balancing technological feasibility, ethical implications, and market viability
- Secure and manage partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Mentor innovation specialists and cultivate a culture of experimental learning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record in scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech)
- Executive-level experience with innovation governance frameworks and ethical tech deployment
