Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Lead the architectural design of hybrid AI-Quantum systems capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives focused on emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and neuromorphic computing.
- Prototyping: Develop and validate high-fidelity prototypes for autonomous decision-making engines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with UX researchers, data scientists, and software engineers to translate complex algorithms into user-friendly interfaces.
- Strategic Planning: Define technical roadmaps and set performance benchmarks for the company’s 2026 product launches.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all systems adhere to the highest standards of transparency, bias reduction, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field with a focus on AI.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or high-performance computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and familiarity with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with innovative solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Innovation: A proven track record of patenting or publishing novel research in AI or related fields.
