Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap specifically targeting the 2026 strategic milestones.
- Lead the architectural design for scalable, distributed systems integrating emerging AI and quantum-ready frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and prototype cutting-edge technologies.
- Ensure system security and data integrity across all future-facing projects.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Predict and mitigate potential technical debt and scalability risks before they impact product delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic planning role.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Machine Learning pipelines, and future-ready data architectures.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
