- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance team of engineers, data scientists, and researchers.
- Research & Development: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing) and prototype viable solutions.
- Compliance: Ensure all future-facing technologies adhere to ethical standards and regulatory frameworks.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s or PhD is a strong plus.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems. Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and Quantum Computing principles.
