Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Tech Roadmap: Lead the architectural strategy to ensure scalability, security, and performance for upcoming product releases.
- AI & Quantum Integration: Design and implement hybrid architectures that seamlessly integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) with quantum-ready data structures.
- System Optimization: Oversee the migration of legacy systems to next-gen microservices, focusing on energy efficiency and latency reduction.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with our Research and Development division to prototype bleeding-edge technologies and validate architectural hypotheses.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and technical leads, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all futuristic systems adhere to the highest standards of data privacy and cybersecurity protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in System Architecture, with at least 2 years in AI-driven or futuristic tech environments.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Rust, Go, and cloud-native technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Quantum Knowledge: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and tools (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is a strong plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex architectural challenges in high-scale distributed systems.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex technical concepts for cross-functional stakeholders.
