Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our technology stack, identifying key milestones and deliverables necessary to achieve our 2026 goals.
- Architect Future Systems: Design scalable, high-performance systems that anticipate future technological shifts and user behaviors.
- R&D Leadership: Collaborate with engineering leads to pilot emerging technologies (e.g., GenAI, Edge Computing) and evaluate their viability for integration.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors, board members, and the media.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech trends and competitor movements to ensure our strategic positioning remains superior.
- Talent Acquisition: Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software architecture, product strategy, or technology consulting.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term (5-10 year horizon) with a track record of successful strategic pivots.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, AI/ML architectures, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Leadership: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing high-stakes projects.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
