Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for AI, Machine Learning, and Future Tech engineering roles.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify passive talent in niche technology sectors.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future 2026 projects.
- Collaborate closely with C-level executives and Hiring Managers to understand long-term strategic goals.
- Conduct in-depth technical screenings and cultural fit assessments.
- Utilize advanced Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track metrics and optimize funnel efficiency.
- Represent Nexus Horizon at industry conferences and tech meetups to build brand awareness.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in AI, Data Science, or Software Engineering.
- Deep understanding of the current and future technology landscape (2026 roadmap).
- Strong network within the Bay Area and national tech communities.
- Experience with Boolean search, social sourcing, and AI-driven recruiting tools.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of closing high-ticket roles in a competitive market.
- Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
