Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AGI and quantum computing integration.
- Design scalable, high-performance system architectures for next-gen consumer and enterprise applications.
- Lead the R&D efforts in spatial computing and immersive web technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between theoretical AI models and practical deployment.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects to foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Evaluate and integrate bleeding-edge technologies to ensure our platform remains years ahead of the competition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Proven track record of leading technical strategy for products launching in future horizons.
- Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines and neural network architecture.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
