Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready Infrastructure: Design scalable, fault-tolerant systems that leverage emerging technologies like AI-driven orchestration and quantum-ready databases.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the long-term technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, aligning engineering goals with business objectives.
- Prototype & Innovate: Spearhead proof-of-concept development for experimental technologies, validating their viability for production environments.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with AI researchers, software engineers, and product managers to integrate complex systems seamlessly.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural designs adhere to the highest standards of cybersecurity and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a lead or senior engineering role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is a strong plus.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure), and programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Future Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with AI/ML integration, blockchain architecture, or quantum computing concepts is highly desirable.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, multi-variable problems with elegant, scalable solutions.
- Leadership: Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive technical consensus.
