Responsibilities
- Define the Roadmap: Lead the architectural strategy for the 2026 product line, ensuring scalability and long-term viability.
- System Design: Design complex distributed systems and microservices architecture that leverage AI and machine learning capabilities.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and provide technical oversight for critical projects.
- Innovation Implementation: Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies (e.g., Quantum computing interfaces, advanced NLP) into production environments.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all systems adhere to rigorous security standards and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Technologies: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java; experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines and large language model integration.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous technical problems with creative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
