Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and oversee the development of high-performance computing systems integrating AI and quantum computing elements.
- Technical Leadership: Define the technical vision and standards for the 2026 Initiative, guiding a team of senior engineers.
- Strategic Planning: Translate business goals into technical roadmaps, ensuring feasibility and scalability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, researchers, and designers to deliver innovative solutions.
- R&D Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends to implement best-in-class architectural patterns.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in leading high-scale technical projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go; experience with cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Kubernetes.
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated ability to prototype and validate emerging technologies.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
