Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to translate abstract concepts into tangible solutions.
- Define technical standards, coding conventions, and best practices for the engineering department.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to advise leadership on strategic technology investments.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Rust, or Go.
- Demonstrated experience with AI/ML model integration and big data processing frameworks.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact projects from conception to deployment.
