- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology evolution aligned with market forecasts and regulatory trends
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies including neuromorphic computing and advanced IoT ecosystems
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation and data sovereignty compliance

Qualifications
- 15+ years in enterprise architecture with 5+ years in future technology planning
- Expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP) with quantum computing integration experience
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published research in emerging tech
- Deep knowledge of NIST Cybersecurity Framework 2.0 and ISO 21434 for automotive security
- Proven track record of scaling systems to 10M+ concurrent users with 99.999% uptime
- Certifications in quantum computing (IBM Qiskit) and blockchain architecture (Hyperledger)
- Experience with regulatory compliance for autonomous systems and AI ethics frameworks
- Strong portfolio demonstrating technology evolution projects from concept to production
