- Research and prototype next-gen blockchain consensus mechanisms

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience with quantum computing
- 8+ years in distributed systems architecture with quantum/AI specialization
- Expertise in post-quantum cryptography and zero-trust architectures
- Proven track record of leading large-scale tech transformation projects
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on future technologies
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA-2025)
- Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences
