Responsibilities
- Design quantum-class computing systems with fault-tolerant architectures
- Develop AI-native infrastructure for autonomous decision-making platforms
- Architect blockchain-based solutions for enterprise decentralization
- Create adaptive security frameworks for post-quantum encryption
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing 10-year technology roadmaps
- Research and prototype emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology interfaces)
- Optimize systems for energy efficiency and environmental sustainability
Qualifications
- 15+ years in systems architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI infrastructure, or distributed systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with publication record
- Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary R&D teams
- Deep knowledge of post-quantum cryptography and zero-trust architectures
- Certification in AWS/Azure/GCP quantum services
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on future computing paradigms
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Qiskit)
