- Roadmap Leadership: Define and manage the product and technology roadmap, aligning it with the 2026 corporate vision.
- Market Analysis: Identify emerging technologies and competitive threats to inform strategic pivots.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Product, and Marketing to translate strategy into concrete execution plans.
- Scenario Planning: Develop multiple strategic scenarios for future growth and resilience.
- Executive Reporting: Present complex strategic insights to the C-Suite and Board of Directors.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or futurism.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in SWOT analysis, Porter’s Five Forces, and scenario planning methodologies.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives.
