Responsibilities

- Lead scenario planning workshops to anticipate future disruptions and opportunities
- Design and execute pilot programs for next-generation products and services
- Partner with R&D teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify partnership opportunities
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure future-readiness and strategic progress
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Expertise in AI, biotech, or sustainability technologies preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE) or equivalent
