Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and deploy scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling the demands of 2026 and beyond, leveraging cloud-native technologies.
- Pipeline Optimization: Engineer high-performance data pipelines to ensure real-time processing and seamless integration of Machine Learning models.
- Strategic Innovation: Lead the research and implementation of emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Predictive Analytics, to drive business value.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest standards of data privacy and cybersecurity.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture or a related technical leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks; strong experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Cloud Expertise: Proven track record of architecting solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with elegant, scalable solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
