Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Innovation Management: Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype and validate futuristic solutions (e.g., AI, Quantum Readiness, Hyper-personalization).
- Future Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging market trends to anticipate disruptions and identify growth opportunities for 2026.
- Operational Agility: Architect scalable systems that support rapid pivoting and adaptability in a volatile market landscape.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Communicate complex future visions to C-suite executives and board members, securing buy-in for long-term investments.
- Technology Integration: Oversee the integration of next-generation tech stacks, ensuring seamless interoperability and data sovereignty.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Strategic Planning, or Technology Management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and defining long-term (5+ year) strategic visions.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Infrastructure, and emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead diverse teams and foster a culture of continuous innovation and forward-thinking.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable business strategies.
