Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the development of robust AI systems and infrastructure capable of scaling to enterprise-level demands by 2026.
- R&D Strategy: Lead cross-functional teams in researching emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural interfaces.
- System Optimization: Implement high-performance computing strategies to enhance model latency and accuracy in real-time environments.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI usage, ensuring compliance with evolving data privacy regulations and ethical standards.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Future Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for the next 3 years, identifying critical tech stacks and potential disruptions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership roles.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Cloud Proficiency: Proven track record of designing solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
