Responsibilities
- Lead Research Strategy: Define and execute a high-level research agenda focused on AGI architectures and neural-symbolic integration.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a diverse team of senior researchers and engineers.
- Technical Innovation: Develop proprietary algorithms and frameworks that push the boundaries of current machine learning capabilities.
- Patents & Publications: Drive the intellectual property pipeline by publishing cutting-edge papers and securing patents.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent extensive industry experience).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in machine learning, AI, or cognitive science.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), NLP, and large-scale model training.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large R&D budgets.
