Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale futuristic solutions with 18-month execution cycles
- Analyze global tech trends and regulatory landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Forge strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Drive sustainability initiatives aligning with UN SDGs and circular economy principles
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board with data-driven future scenarios
- Mentor innovation lab teams in emerging technologies and human-centered design
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futures research
- Proven track record leading technology initiatives with $50M+ impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Strong analytical skills with scenario planning and trend analysis experience
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, or energy preferred)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management a plus
