- Develop and execute long-term innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate vision and sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype next-gen solutions with engineering and design teams
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario modeling
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to pioneer industry 4.0 frameworks
- Monitor KPIs for innovation ROI and iterate strategies based on market feedback and technological shifts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in emerging tech or future foresight roles
- Proven track record of launching at least two industry-defining innovations
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technological forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management with executive presentation experience
