Responsibilities
- Analyze global trends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast industry transformations by 2026
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-facing business models and products
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with emerging technology startups, academic institutions, and innovation ecosystems
- Monitor and evaluate the ROI of strategic initiatives, adjusting approaches based on emerging data
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Strategy, Technology Innovation, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
