Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Pipelines: Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale datasets for 2026 predictive modeling.
- Lead Generative AI Strategy: Oversee the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI agents into our core product ecosystem.
- Ensure AI Safety & Ethics: Establish and enforce rigorous governance frameworks to ensure responsible AI deployment and mitigate algorithmic bias.
- Collaborate with R&D: Partner with quantum computing experts and data scientists to pioneer hybrid computing models.
- Mentor Engineering Talent: Build and mentor a high-performance team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML, including at least 2 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record of deploying successful AI products to market, with a keen interest in the trajectory of AI through 2026.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
