Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute the technical roadmap for AI integration, ensuring alignment with our 2026 business objectives and technological milestones.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance AI architectures capable of handling complex, real-time data streams and predictive modeling.
- Ethics & Governance: Establish robust ethical guidelines and governance frameworks for AI deployment, ensuring responsible innovation and compliance with emerging regulations.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, and executive teams to translate complex AI concepts into actionable technical strategies.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology trends, including Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Autonomous Systems, to identify strategic opportunities for Horizon Tech Group.
- Prototype Development: Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and experimental projects to validate new technologies before full-scale implementation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, machine learning engineering, or AI strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and natural language processing (NLP). Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Visionary Mindset: Exceptional ability to foresee industry shifts and translate them into long-term technical strategies.
- Communication: Proven track record of communicating complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous, high-level architectural challenges.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
