Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical vision for Nexus Future Systems leading up to 2026, focusing on AGI readiness and scalable infrastructure.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee research initiatives that explore emerging technologies, including neural interfaces and advanced predictive modeling.
- System Architecture: Design robust, secure, and scalable AI ecosystems that can handle exponential data growth.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for ethical AI deployment, ensuring compliance with future regulatory standards and societal values.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategic roadmaps for executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and partner with top-tier tech providers to integrate next-gen hardware and software solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning architecture, or strategic technology consulting.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and influencing executive decision-making.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP), and system design.
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated interest or experience in emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing, AI safety, synthetic data).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Leadership: Experience leading diverse, high-performing engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
