What You'll Do
As our Future AI Architect, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade engineering. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our AI initiatives, ensuring they are robust, efficient, and future-proof.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead the strategic roadmap for AI capabilities, specifically focusing on advancements leading toward 2026 standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into core product ecosystems.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency using MLOps best practices.
- Establish robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to ensure model integrity in real-world environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML models in production environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with Generative AI models (LLMs, Diffusion Models) and fine-tuning techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
