Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-availability, distributed AI systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead the architectural vision for the '2026 Roadmap', ensuring scalability and security.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to maintain high standards.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into concrete technical solutions.
- Optimize system performance and reduce latency in real-time AI processing pipelines.
- Establish best practices for DevOps and CI/CD within the AI lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and systems architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a focus on AI/ML frameworks.
- Proven experience designing cloud-native solutions on AWS or Azure.
- Strong understanding of machine learning operations (MLOps) and data pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture.
