Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees across hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure including servers and workstations
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate system documentation
- Collaborate with senior engineers on system upgrades and security patches
- Participate in rotational training modules covering CompTIA A+ and cloud platforms
- Assist with user account management and access control systems
- Contribute to IT security awareness initiatives
Qualifications

- GCSEs or equivalent in Math and English (Grade C or above)
