Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cash advances with 100% accuracy
- Build strong client relationships through personalized service and financial product education
- Resolve account inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior banking specialists
- Adhere to strict anti-fraud protocols and BSA/AML compliance standards
- Operate core banking systems and maintain accurate transaction records
- Support branch operations through cash management and balancing procedures
- Collaborate with wealth management and business banking teams for cross-selling opportunities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in finance preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude with attention to detail
- Proficient in basic computer applications and banking software
- Excellent communication skills with professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and credit verification (minimum 600 score)
- FDIC regulatory compliance certification within 90 days of hire
