Responsibilities
- Master cash handling, check processing, and transaction reconciliation
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized service
- Sell and cross-promote banking products (loans, credit cards, investments)
- Adhere to strict compliance protocols and anti-fraud measures
- Balance daily transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries using problem-solving frameworks
- Collaborate with branch managers on customer relationship building
Qualifications
- High school diploma with 3.0+ GPA or equivalent experience
- Strong aptitude for math and financial concepts
- Previous customer service or cash handling experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software
- Ability to pass background check and FINRA Series 6 exam
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Valid Minnesota driver's license for branch rotations
- Willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends
