Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at the teller line, processing deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Balance cash drawers daily and maintain accurate transaction records
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products (credit cards, loans, accounts)
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while adhering to compliance standards
- Assist with ATM operations and night vault services
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance technical and soft skills
- Support branch marketing initiatives and community outreach events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 0-2 years of customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Basic proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Ability to pass background check and credit verification
- Valid California driver's license (if required for branch travel)
