Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all visitors, patients, and staff.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls in a polite and efficient manner.
- Manage the appointment schedule using our industry-standard scheduling software.
- Process incoming mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common spaces.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and preparing meeting rooms.
- Resolve visitor inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; additional certification in medical reception is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional receptionist or administrative experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Reliable transportation is required.
