Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule complex calendars, including booking meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing itineraries.
- Handle incoming communications, including email correspondence, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Prepare and organize meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and distribute action items to stakeholders.
- Assist with data entry, database management, and the preparation of reports, presentations, and internal documents.
- Coordinate office events, team building activities, and client visits to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment to maintain an efficient workspace.
- Support other departments with ad-hoc administrative projects as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or certification in Business Administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in an administrative or reception role is preferred but not required for exceptional candidates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
