Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients to identify their specific equipment needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations using the equipment provided by the company to showcase features and benefits.
- Close sales and manage the order-to-cash process efficiently and accurately.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product specifications, and competitive offerings.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in B2B or equipment sales (industrial, construction, or agricultural experience is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (company vehicle may be provided for demos).
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 50 lbs) as needed for equipment demonstrations.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
