Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
- Document all technical interactions and customer feedback in our internal ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior team members to learn best practices for technical support.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear and empathetic communication.
- Stay updated on new technologies and company products to provide accurate support.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior experience or technical background required; we provide the training.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the IT industry.
- Basic computer literacy (familiarity with Windows/Mac OS is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
