Responsibilities
- Resolve Technical Inquiries: Assist clients via phone and email with hardware and software troubleshooting issues.
- Customer Assistance: Guide new users through our platform features and best practices.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior technicians to learn industry standards and advanced troubleshooting techniques.
- System Monitoring: Assist in monitoring system performance and reporting bugs or anomalies.

Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or Computer Science is a plus but not mandatory.
