Responsibilities
- Assist customers with basic technical inquiries via phone and email.
- Log and track all customer interactions in our CRM system accurately.
- Learn and troubleshoot common software and hardware issues.
- Collaborate with senior team members to resolve complex escalations.
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Windows/Mac operating systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
