Responsibilities
- Answer high-volume inbound support calls and maintain a high customer satisfaction score.
- Diagnose and resolve common technical issues without escalating unnecessarily.

- Update customer accounts and record interactions accurately and timely.
- Identify and report software bugs or process improvements to management.
