Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues for clients via phone and email.
- Provide clear, step-by-step technical guidance to non-technical users.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex issues and identify root causes.
- Document solutions and create knowledge base articles for common queries.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new software installations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
