Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic software and hardware problems.
- Listen to customers' technical issues and provide detailed answers and solutions.
- Document all customer interactions and actions taken in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and technical procedures.
