Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential candidates for technical roles.
- Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms for active candidate sourcing.
- Perform initial phone screenings to assess candidate skills and fit.
- Update candidate databases and CRM systems with accurate information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize recruitment content for SEO.
- Assist in organizing career fairs and networking events.
Qualifications
