Responsibilities
- Utilize various recruitment channels to source and identify top-tier talent for open positions.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust network of potential candidates and industry contacts.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and job requirements.
- Track applicant data and maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a professional phone manner.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
