Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to enterprise clients via phone and remote access
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Document IT incidents and resolutions using ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical issues
- Participate in ongoing skills development and certification prep
- Maintain security protocols for client data and systems
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives in IT operations
Qualifications
