Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal staff via phone, email, and chat
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues using diagnostic tools
- Document all support cases in ticketing system (ServiceNow)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Participate in continuous training modules
- Assist with network security best practices implementation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
