Responsibilities
- Client Support: Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients via phone and email.
- Training Implementation: Complete all assigned training modules and apply new skills to daily tasks under supervision.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members to understand workflow processes and best practices.
- Sales Assistance: Assist in identifying client needs and recommending appropriate solutions or upgrades.
- Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance metrics set by management.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; Entry Level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends if required.
