Responsibilities
- Complete all paid training modules including CompTIA A+ and AWS Cloud Practitioner
- Provide basic technical support to clients and internal teamsAssist with hardware/software installation and troubleshooting
- Document technical issues and resolutions in ticketing systems

Qualifications
