Responsibilities

- Provide tier-1 technical support to enterprise clients via phone and remote tools

- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex technical challenges
- Participate in weekly skill-building workshops and certification prep
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for client support workflows
- Represent the company professionally in client-facing communications
