Responsibilities

- Participate in daily training sessions to master product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client inquiries and issues efficiently.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account status.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and customer retention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite).
